Local data
Preferences, installed-app inventory, activity, update records and exports stay on your PC. They are not uploaded to our activation service. Free checks require no account. No advertising or usage-analytics service is configured in the app.
Activation
Full access sends your Gumroad license key, one-way per-Windows-install/per-user device identifier, PC name and random request code to our HTTPS service on Cloudflare. Raw Windows machine identifiers and account SIDs stay local. The service sends the license key and product ID to Gumroad to verify membership. It stores a one-way license identifier, activation identifier, hashed device identifier, PC name and last check-in time. It does not store the raw key or purchase email. The app protects its locally saved key with Windows account encryption.
Payments and providers
Gumroad handles payments, billing and receipts under its own privacy policy. We do not receive complete card details. Cloudflare hosts activation and may process IP addresses and network/security data under its own policy. Our rate limiting stores a one-way IP-derived minute identifier for about one hour, not a raw IP address. Microsoft, app publishers, browser/editor managers and model registries receive the requests required for checks and updates you choose; their policies apply.
Retention and control
Local records stay until you remove them. Uninstalling keeps the local data folder. Remove an activation in Subscription → Your PCs; forgetting the saved key is a separate action. Neither cancels Gumroad billing. Active activation records remain until removed. Contact support for access or deletion requests; hosting backups/security records may expire later. Checks normally occur about daily. Cached paid access lasts up to seven days, capped by a known membership end.

We use information you email us to respond. Do not publicly post keys, private paths, account details or reports. We do not sell personal information. This policy does not imply an independent privacy or security audit.
