Software and membership

The Free plan is available for personal or internal business use. Full access is a $1.99 USD monthly Gumroad membership for one PC, plus applicable checkout taxes. Do not resell or sublicense the app or share a key beyond the allowance. PatchPilot remains proprietary; third-party software retains its own terms.

Billing and cancellation

Cancel in your Gumroad library. Uninstalling does not cancel billing. Paid access continues until the effective membership end, subject to activation and periodic checks. Refunds follow the policy displayed at checkout and applicable law; contact support with your receipt. Refunds, final failed payments and unresolved disputes can end paid access. The Free plan and local records remain available.

Early access and updates

Review the third-party software and terms before approving changes. Keep backups. Vendor updates can change or break software; general rollback is not provided. Early-access testing is ongoing, and current downloads are unsigned. No compatibility, availability or security guarantee is made. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Activation and data

Activation requires internet access. Signed offline access lasts up to seven days after a successful check, capped by any known paid-through date. Transfers and revocations reach offline devices at the next check-in or cached access expiry. An update already running is not interrupted when membership ends. See Privacy.
