LESS SETTING UP. MORE FINDING OUT.

The internet is big.
Start with a little
wonder.

Orvio brings family browsing and everyday creative tools into one welcoming place.

Start from a directory of learning, science, nature and art websites. Type a question into ready-to-use Kiddle web search. Or switch off the internet and keep playing, coloring and exploring numbers.

MAKE ROOM FOR A DIFFERENT WAY TO READ.

Some stories are
better heard.

A big, easy-to-find Read Aloud button turns readable articles into listening time.

Start, pause, stop, or slow things down. Adjust text size and spacing, and choose from installed local Windows voices. No AI model or audio download needed.

A local Windows voice is required. Image-only, scanned and some interactive pages may not provide readable article text.

THEIR SPACE TO EXPLORE. YOUR PLACE TO GUIDE.

A little more
peace of mind.

Set up individual child profiles, choose a browsing mode, and manage daily time limits, bedtime and website approvals from the parent dashboard.

  • Little Explorer starts with directory sites and parent approvals.
  • Explorer opens more of the web with filtering.
  • Family settings and activity records stay on your computer.

A thoughtful starting point, not a safety guarantee.

Filters can miss content or block legitimate pages. Images, video and some embedded content are not inspected. Orvio does not control other browsers or apps. Use adult supervision and understand the filtering limits.

GOOD QUESTIONS.

A few things
you might wonder.

Is Orvio really free?

Yes. Orvio is free to download from the Microsoft Store, with no Orvio subscription or account required. External websites can have their own prices, accounts and policies.

What works without the internet?

All eight built-in games, the calculator and Color & Draw work offline. Web search and outside websites need an internet connection. Read Aloud uses installed local Windows voices; the article must first be available to read.

Are there ads in the games?

No. Orvio’s built-in games, calculator and art studio have no advertising or in-app purchases. External websites may contain advertising; Orvio includes ad blocking, which may not remove every ad.

Which computers can run Orvio?

Orvio is built for Windows x64: Windows 10 build 19041 or later, and Windows 11. It is not an Android, iPhone, Chromebook or Mac app.

Does Orvio upload my child’s artwork or activity?

Orvio does not send family activity records or artwork to Prosper Technologies. Artwork drafts remain in memory until you close the app; Save picture writes a PNG to a location you choose. Websites, search providers and DNS services receive the connections needed to use them. Read the privacy guide.
